The law firm's guideline hourly price scale is NOK 2100 for partners, 1800 for lawyers and 1500 for associate lawyers, plus 25 % value added tax. The determination of the fee depends on the nature, size and complexity of the task to be performed. We also place great emphasis on the client's financial position, as well as the outcome of the case. Therefore, the number of hours spent on a case is not the sole determining factor in the size of the fee.Depending on the nature of the case and the income and resources of the client, some clients have a right to free legal aid. In such cases, the hourly public remuneration scale is used.
